Everything runs in the browser; the user's CV data is stored locally on their

## Features in detail

- **7 designer templates**: ATS, Professional, Minimal, Classic, Clean,
  Timeline, Sidebar. All templates work in both English and Arabic (RTL).
- **Real-time ATS score**: a 0–100 rating of how well the CV will pass
  applicant tracking systems, recalculated as the user types, with specific,
  actionable fixes (e.g. missing sections, weak bullets, missing dates).
- **AI assistant (chat)**: matches the CV against a pasted job description
  (match score, strengths, gaps, missing keywords), improves the summary,
  rewrites experience bullets, suggests skills, and can directly add / edit /
  remove CV sections with one-click Apply/Reject action cards. Users can also
  upload a PDF CV inside the chat to import it.
- **Whole-CV translation**: one click translates the entire CV into any of 12
  languages — English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian,
  Turkish, Chinese, Hindi, Russian, Japanese — preserving structure, dates and
  links; shown as a review card before it is applied. Each translation is stored
  as its own language version alongside the original (multi-language document);
  the toolbar language menu switches between saved versions and the layout flips
  to RTL automatically for Arabic. A loaded/shared/JSON CV holds one language
  (the active version); translating adds more.
- **PDF import**: bring in an existing CV as a PDF by dragging the file anywhere
  onto the page or using the upload button; content is extracted (AI-parsed with
  a heuristic fallback) into structured fields for review before import.
- **PDF export**: one-click, pixel-perfect export — what you see is what prints.
- **JSON save/load**: the full CV can be saved to and loaded from a JSON file.
- **Customization**: accent color, light/dark theme, language switch.

Skill levels: beginner | intermediate | advanced | expert.
Language proficiency: native | fluent | professional | conversational | basic.
Dates use the "YYYY-MM" format. An empty endDate with "current": true means
the role is ongoing.
"certifications" holds licenses / professional certificates (name, issuer, date, url).
"sections" (optional) sets section order + visibility: array order = render order,
"visible": false hides a section without deleting its data. Section ids: summary,
experience, projects, education, skills, languages, certifications. "summary" is
pinned first and cannot be hidden or reordered. Omit "sections" for the default order.
